Medical Records & Data Management

Audiometry and Hearing
Adequate and complete medical records are essential to a sound occupational health program. At the completion of the testing programs, each test record will be identified by employee name, date of birth, age, sex, and social security number or job identification number.
MOST utilizes the Occupational Health Manager data management system by Unique Solutions Inc. to process, analyze, and store health screening data.

These programs offer a variety of summary reports which meet both regulatory and customer requirements and save many hours of sorting through data to determine the effectiveness of the occupational health program. Some of these reports include: Summaries of the most recent results Executive summaries by department Medical referral listings Graphs of OSHA trends, Statistical summary reports of trends, referrals, number of tests, etc.

In addition, notification letters, individual reports can be client- customized. Data transfers can be made to an ASCII or text file for transfer to other computer systems to accommodate data maintenance at a central location.
